FIELD: electricity. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for measuring the sparking rate on collector of general-purpose electric machine includes filters of high and low frequencies the inputs of which are connected to heteropolar brushes installed on collector of the tested machine, switch connected to low-frequency filter through shaper of rectangular pulses and to high-frequency filter directly and through inverter. Device is equipped with additional metre, generator of rectangular pulses and memory block. ^ EFFECT: increasing objectivity of sparking assessment of brushes of general-purpose motors owing to using the information on commutation phase of sparking pulses. ^ 2 dwg
