FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building and can be used in food industry. The facility for meat mincing consists of bed 1, and of shaft 4 with drive 2 arranged on the bed. At the end of the drive there is overhung knife 5. Further, the facility consists of bowl 6 for mincing installed to travel relative to the knife and equipped with branches for supply of liquid 8 and 9. Additionally, the facility is equipped with control unit 16, actuating mechanism 15, load sensor 17 and hydro-cylinder 14. A bowl is made in form of a part of a hollow cylinder cut along long axis of hollow cylinder symmetry and performing reciprocal motions. An unloading opening is made in one of the end walls of the bowl. ^ EFFECT: reduced power consumption and raised efficiency of facility. ^ 1 dwg |
