FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to technology of production of substitutes for coffee. The method provides preparation of prescription components, extraction of cocoa bean husks with liquid nitrogen with separation of the relevant miscella, cutting, drying in the microwave field at the given parameters of the process and frying of girasol-sunflower, frying soyabeans, mixing of girasol-sunflower and soyabeans, soaking the obtained mixture with separated miscella with simultaneous increase of pressure, and release of pressure up to atmospheric with simultaneous freezing the mixture and its cryomilling in medium of the evolved nitrogen. ^ EFFECT: method enables to obtain instant powder for new flavoured coffee drink preparation from non-traditional raw materials using non-waste technology. |
