A hydropulse vibratory impact device for vibratory turning operation, in which in a body of a square section with a fastening root in a standardized tool-holding head and a cavity for supplying energy source a spring plunger of slotted type is located, which by a face of plunger part through a spherical recess formed therein leans against a spherical face of root of mushroom-like pusher, the ring face of which is in contact with the bottom of the bore in body, in which a package of disc springs is located which is mounted on the cylindrical part of tool holder, and by a spherical recess at the end the cylindrical part of the tool is pressed by the package of disc springs against the spherical end face of the mushroom-like pusher and the other end of package of plate springs leans against the front cover fastened on the body, which has a central axial hole of square or rectangular cross section, and between the inner face of the front cover and the front surface of the transition of square or rectangular cross-section of the tool holder in a circular cross-section of the cylindrical part a gap is formed, and the spring part of plunger spring contacts with the rear part with a drain hole by a cover attached to the body of device, on which a nozzle is fixed for supplying energy source into the device. |
