Method for prediction of perinatal complications under conditions of natural iodine deficit includes implementation of clinical and laboratory investigations, it differs with fact that in first half of mono-fetus pregnancy, before implementation of group prophylactics or substitution therapy with preparations of thyroid hormones, simultaneously with determination of bio-chemical markers of perinatal screening of alpha-fetoprotein and chorionic gonadotropin one carries out investigation of iodine excretion with urine of pregnant with quantitative of semi-quantitative method, and functional state of thyroid gland and level of its auto-immune affection, in particular serum level of free thyroxin and titer of antibodies to thyreoperoxidase. |
