FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed pump comprises housing 10 with inlet and outlet 19 and 20, drive shaft 16 with rotor 13, radial vanes 14 fitted inside rotor 13 to slide therein, gate 12 to turn on rotation axle and arranged off-center with respect to axis of rotor 13, fluid chambers 21 made up of rotor 13, vanes 14 and gate 12 consecutively coupled with inlet and outlet 19 and 20, spring 31 arranged to contract gate 12 in one direction, first chambers 22 and 23, and valve 207 arranged to selectively increase pressure in chamber 23 fluid pressure that exceeds ambient pressure so that total torque applied to gate 12 increase with increasing total pressure in chambers 22 and 23. Every chamber 22 and 23 can take up fluid pressure and is arranged between housing 10 and outer surface of gate 12.
