FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to moulded object 1 made from plastic material produced from solidified reaction mass 2 that, in uncured state, represents a casting material. Reaction mass comprises inorganic dispersed filler 3 with its fraction making 50 to 90 % by weight of reaction mass 2, mixing agent 4 and solution 5 of binder with its fraction varying from 10 to 50 % by weight of reaction mass 2. Note here that binder solution comprises monomer and polymer dissolved therein. Fraction of cross-linking agent 4 added to binder solution 5 exceeds 20 % by weight of monomer fraction in binder solution. After polymerisation, binder particles on at least one surface of moulded object 1 are coated with closed layer of polymerised binder solution 5.
