FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to method and installation for manufacturing of metal sheet with coating of organic resin, which may be used to remove sections produced when coating of organic resin is applied onto surface of metal with T-shaped extrusion head. Technical result is achieved by method of metal sheet manufacturing with coating of organic resin by direct extrusion of organic resin onto metal sheet from outlet slot of T-shaped extrusion head. At the same time method of manufacturing comprises stage of continuous feed of metal sheet in the form of strip by facility for supply of metal sheet. Then temperatures of metal sheet edge sections and temperature of section in the centre of metal sheet are measured by facility of temperature measurement installed directly in front of rollers for lamination. Then according values of temperatures are introduced into facility for control of heating temperature. Then output value calculated by facility for control of heating temperature is entered into facility of metal sheet central section heating installed directly in front of extrusion head. Further section is heated in the centre of metal sheet up to the first temperature by facility for heating of central section of metal sheet on the basis of specified output value. Output value calculated by facility for control of heating temperature is entered into facility of metal sheet edge section heating installed directly in front of extrusion head. And edge sections of metal sheet are heated up to the second temperature that exceeds the first temperature, by heating of edge section on the basis of output value. Then film of extruded resin is applied so that film of resin protrudes both edge sections of metal sheet with production of multi-layer material and compression connection of metal sheet and resin film to each other by a pair of rolls for lamination. And sections of resin in half-melted condition and protruding beyond both edge sections of metal sheet by pressure cutting. ^ EFFECT: creation of method and installation, which may be used to manufacture metal sheet with coating of organic resin, which makes it possible to reliably remove sections protruding along edges without application of additional devices for cutting and removal and without damage of resin or metal sheet. ^ 7 cl, 2 dwg |
