FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology, and can be used in experimental ophthalmology for preparing proliferating crystalline lens cell culture with preferential epithelial cell content for future screening analysis of various methods for prevention of posterior capsule opacity in vitro.
