A process for preparation of biosynthetic oils-additives, which are tribochemically more active as compared to traditional mineral oils, by means of chemical rearrangement by glycerolysis of structure of optimized compositions (compoles) of soy genetically modified oil (soyoil-gm) as basic oil with additions in the range of 5-25 wt.% of ricinic oil (ricol) or hydrogenised ricol (G-ricol). The intermediate biooils are prepared, containing reactive hydroxyl groups both in glyceric constituent, and in acyl residues of diacylglycerines, derivatives from ricinic or (and) 12-OH-stearinic acids, and which are subjected to reaction with phosphorus pentasulphide (PSor PS) with transubstantiation of intermediate oils into acid ethers of dithiophosphate acid and glycesoroles as polyols. After that acid mono- or diglysoerolic ethers of dithiophosphate acid are transformed by means of joining to the group of –SH compounds with activated ethylenic links or epoxy groups. The biooils and biooils-additives, prepared by means of this method, are characterized by qualitative functional properties and display high tribochemical data. |
