A manipulator for replacement of an immersion-type nozzle on a continuous casting machine includes a rod with a sleeve to hold the nozzle, mechanisms of horizontal and vertical movement of the rod and a rod rotation mechanism. The rod rotation mechanism is made as a hinged double-link lever mechanism, one link of which is pivotally connected to the rod and the second link is pivotally connected to the mechanism of horizontal movement of the rod. The mechanism of vertical displacement rod is a load mechanism.
