摘要 A push-pull balanced current amplifier comprises a current source, a feedback resistor, a balancing capacitor, positive and negative power buses, input and outputbuses, a zero potential bus, two field-effect transistors and two bipolar transistors, the input bus is connected to emitters of first and second bipolar transistors correspondingly, as well as first terminals of feedback resistor and balancing capacitor, bases of first and second transistors are united with bases and collectors of fifth and sixth bipolar transistors correspondingly, and with collectors of seventh and eighth bipolar transistors correspondingly. Emitters of fifth and sixth bipolar transistors are united and connected to the zero potential bus, bases of seventh and eighth bipolar transistors are connected to bases and collectors of ninth and tenth bipolar transistors correspondingly, as well as with terminals of the current source, emitters of seventh and ninth bipolar transistors are connected to the positive power bus, emitters of eighth and tenth bipolar transistors are connected to the negative power bus, collectors of first and second bipolar transistors are connected to collectors of third and fourth bipolar transistors correspondingly, as well as with bases of fifteenth and sixteenth bipolar transistors correspondingly, and gates of first and second field-effect transistors correspondingly, bases of third and fourth bipolar transistors are connected to buses and collectors of eleventh and fourteenth bipolar transistors correspondingly, and to collectors of twelfth and thirteenth bipolar transistors correspondingly, emitters of twelfth and thirteenth bipolar transistors are united, drains of first and second field-effect transistors are connected to bases and collectors of seventeenth and eighteenth bipolar transistor correspondingly, as well as bases of twelfth and nineteenth, thirteenth and twentieth bipolar transistors correspondingly, sources of first and second field-effect transistors are connected to collectors of fifteenth and sixteenth bipolar transistors correspondingly, emitters of seventeenth and eighteenth bipolar transistor are united, emitters of fifteenth and sixteenth bipolar transistors and collectors of nineteenth and twentieth bipolar transistor are connected to positive and negative power buses correspondingly, emitters of nineteenth and twentieth bipolar transistor are united and connected to second terminals of the feedback resistor and balancing capacitor, as well as the output bus. The amplifier additionally comprises third and fourth field-effect transistors, sources of third and fourth field-effect transistors are connected to sources of first and second field-effect transistor correspondingly, sources of third and fourth field-effect transistors are united and connected to connection point of emitters of seventeenth and eighteenth bipolar transistors, gates of third and fourth field-effect transistors are connected to gates of first and second field-effect transistors correspondingly.
