PURPOSE: An automatic dish washing system is provided to reduce the man power and cost by allowing a plurality of dishes retuned from a plurality of customer platforms to move along a rail toward a dish washer to be washed and dried automatically. CONSTITUTION: An automatic dish washing system includes first and second rails(200, 300). The first rail transports a tray of the main kitchen to the platform of the customer service system. A second rail conveys a returning tray including the used mess kit toward a dish washing apparatus. The automatic dish washing system comprises a dish washing rack(170), a tray control system(350), and a dish washing apparatus.
