A method for manufacturing of inactivated associated vaccine against respiratory calve diseases, caused by opportunistic pathogenic microflora, comprises the cultivation of episootic starins from local media, manufacturing of corpuscular inactivated antigene, dddition of adjucvant and determination of protective level of produced preparation. An adjuvant based on glycerin (20 % of antigene volume) is added to suspension of inactivated microorganisms.
