摘要 The invention relates to inorganic materials sciences for manufacturing low-temperature converters of heat energy to electric energy. Thermoelectric material based on monocrystal composition comprises following chemical composition: thallium, germanium, selenium. Additionally, it comprises stannum. The monocrystal composition TlGeSnSehas maximal thermoelectric Q-factor, when x=0,75 within the temperature range of 480-540 K. The invention provides increasing thermoelectric Q-factor.
