FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metallurgy, particularly to equipment of system of blast furnace charging. The gate consists of a sealed case wherein there is arranged a branch with an outlet opening, and of two swivel jaws positioned under the output opening. Also the branch is equipped with two plough-shaped insertions, tops of which are directed to each other in vertical plane forming a polygon in cross section of the outlet opening. The plough-shaped insertions are equipped with cutting ribs forming vertical flow of charge by width; the ribs run in vertical plane through sides of polygon in the cross section of the outlet opening. ^ EFFECT: facilitating shaping flow by width, reducing wear of chute and obtaining required trajectory of charge dumping on process level of blast furnace filling according to specified program. ^ 4 dwg |
