1. The object of the invention: electrocoagulator for waste water treatment.2. The branch: waste water treatment, particularly for electrochemical purification of chromium-containing waste water.3. The essence of the invention: the electrocoagulator comprising a coagulator with cone bottom, made of dielectric material, inside of which cathode and anode are placed. The anode is made as a reservoir with perforated walls, filled with loaded from the anode soluble material and fixed rigidly in coaxial position to the body. The anode reservoir is made of conductive material. The cathode is made as vertically adjusted split plates, bend corresponding to the form of anode. The plates are rigidly fixed between the body and anode with gaps to their walls. The cathode plates are fixed with equal gap to the walls of anode reservoir throughout the contact area. From the exterior side of the body cathode and anode current leads are attached. The anode current lead is fixed over the zone of soluble anode loading. The electrocoagulator body is equipped with nozzle for water inlet, supplied inside the anode, nozzle for the outlet of the purified water and nozzle for the outlet of slurry, fixed in the bottom of the body.4. Alternative solution: the anode reservoir is made of titanium. The anode is filled with loading in a form of iron turnings.5. Technical result: the increasing of purification degree is provided. |
