FIELD: radio engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: high-frequency differential amplifier (DA) comprises the first (1) and second (2) inputs, the first (3) and second (4) transistors (T), the first (5) and second (6) load impedances, having common unit (7), joined to according first (8) and second (9) outputs of DA, and also collectors (drains) of the first (3) and second (4) input T. Circuit includes non-inverting current amplifier (10), input of which (11) is connected to common unit (7) of the first (5) and second (6) load impedances and the first additional two-terminal network (I22), and output (12) is connected to combined bases of the first (3) and second (4) input T. ^ EFFECT: expanded frequency range in mode of transforming one input voltage into two antiphased output voltages. ^ 6 cl, 21 dwg |
