PURPOSE: A chamfering apparatus for an edge banding machine is provided to easily collect edge chips as the edge chips of an edge band are discharged to the lower part of a chamfering block. CONSTITUTION: A chamfering apparatus for an edge banding machine comprises a frame(100), an elevation block(200), a movable block(300), a vertical support roller(400), and a chamfering block(600). The frame is vertically fixed on one side of a conveyor. The elevation block is installed in the frame to move up and down. The movable block is installed in the elevation block to move horizontally. One side of the movable block faces to the panel attached with the edge band. The vertical support roller is installed on one side of the movable block to be rotated. The chamfering block is inclined at a fixed angle and is coupled with the movable block. The chamfering cutter(500) of the chamfering block chamfers the edge band.
