CUTTING APPARATUS FOR THE INSTANT KIMCHI OF ROTATION TYPE

PURPOSE: A rotary kimchi cutting apparatus is provided to easily clean a Chinese cabbage sludge and to easily cut Chinese cabbage with little power which is cut in a longitudinal direction and a horizontal direction of Chinese cabbage. CONSTITUTION: A circular knife edge(1550) is assembled on the top of a conveyor(1200) to transfer Chinese cabbage with a rotary cutter(1300). A circular knife edge block(1500) is installed to be rotated with rotation power of a driving means(1420) installed at a frame. An ascending prevention with an insertion groove on the circular knife edge is installed at the top of a mounting frame(1211) of the conveyor. The conveyor includes a first conveyor(1210) having a conveyor belt(1212) and a second conveyor(1220) having a conveyor belt.
