PURPOSE: A heat exchanger is provided to reduce cost caused by the operation of a cooling device or a heating device by performing ventilation without influence on an internal temperature. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger comprises an uneven plate(1), a top plate(2), a bottom plate(7), an edge plate(3), a first fluid passage(4), a second fluid passage(4'), first fluid supply and discharge pipes(5,6) and second fluid supply and discharge pipes(5',6'). The uneven plate comprises a plurality of upper valleys(11) and a plurality of lower valleys(12). The top plate is located at the upper part of the uneven plate and the bottom plate is located at the lower part of the uneven plate. The edge plate is located at the circumferences of the uneven plate, the top plate and the bottom plate to close the space between the uneven plate and the top plate and the space between the uneven plate and the bottom plate. The first fluid passage is formed between the top plate and the uneven plate to communicate the upper valleys. The second fluid passage is formed between the bottom plate and the uneven plate to communicate the lower valleys. The fluid is diffused and discharged to the upper valleys of the uneven plate through the first fluid supply and discharge pipe. The fluid is diffused and discharged to the lower valleys of the uneven plate through the second fluid supply and discharge pipe.
