PURPOSE: A functional microorganism community having excellent tetrachloroethene dechlorination performance is provided to ensure bioremediation effect. CONSTITUTION: An anaerobic microorganism community FMC-KBKC14(KCTC11436BP) has tetrachloroethene dechlorination performance. The anaerobic microorganism community contains Geobacter sp., Dehalococcoides sp., Desulfovibrio sp., Anaeromusa sp., Pelobacter sp., and Anaerovibrio sp. The anaerobic microorganism community is isolated from PCE-polluted river.
