<p>This invention relates to analogues of human parathyroid hormone which have increased activities in bone restoration, and increased bioavailabilities. The peptides described are derivatives of hPTH-(1-31) in which amino acid 27 is Lys or has been substituted by a hydrophobic residue, and which has been cyclised between Glu22 and Lys 26 to form a lactam.</p> |
