摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a carbon black sheet with a thin layer of metal nanoparticles using pulse electroplating, a carbon black sheet, and a membrane electrolyte assembly for a fuel cell manufactured using this sheet are provided to improve the effectiveness of metallic catalysts such as platinum and minimize the amount of platinum. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a carbon black sheet comprises a step of forming a carbon black layer(330) on a carbon paper(310) and a step of electro-depositing metal nanoparticles on the carbon black layer using metal nanoparticle suspension electrolyte so as to form a metal nanoparticle thin film layer, wherein the pH of the metal nanoparticle suspension electrolyte is 6 or less.
