MULTIBAND MATCHING CIRCUIT AND MULTIBAND POWER AMPLIFIER

PURPOSE: A multi-band matching circuit and a multi-band power amplifier are provided to amplify mixed signals in a plurality frequency bands by enabling a power amplifier to be matched in a plurality of frequency bands. CONSTITUTION: A circuit device has impedance(Zi(f)). A system circuit has the predetermined impedance(Zo). A multiband matching circuit matches the impedance of the circuit with the impedance of the system circuit. A first matching unit(110) converts the impedance of a circuit device into Zo in a first frequency band. A second matching unit(120) is comprised of a serial matching unit(121) and a parallel matching unit(122). The serial matching unit is equivalence to a transmission line.
