MULTIBAND MATCHING CIRCUIT AND MULTIBAND POWER AMPLIFIER

PURPOSE: A multi-band matching circuit and a multi-band power amplifier are provided to reduce the insertion loss of a switch by reducing current flowing a switch or a reactance device. CONSTITUTION: A first matching unit(110) changes the impedance of a circuit device into Zo. A second matching unit(120) is comprised of the first serial matching unit(121) and a first parallel matching unit(122). The first serial matching unit is an equivalence circuit to a transmission line in a first frequency band. A third matching unit(130) is comprised of a second serial matching unit(131) and a second parallel matching unit(133). The impedance of the circuit device is matched with the Zo through opening and closing of the switch.
