PURPOSE: A shoe insole molding apparatus is provided to enhance work efficiency and to alleviate the fatigue by enhancing the sensation of cushioning and wearing. CONSTITUTION: A shoe insole molding apparatus includes: a controller(10) inputting 3D coordinate data; an operation pressure feed port(20) generating the operation pressure according to the demand of the controller; a base plate(30) which transfers the operation pressure created in the operation pressure feed port to each unit cylinder; and a pressurizing portion(40) which is installed at the top part to face the base plate. The height is varied according to the operation pressure through the movement of a cylinder rod combined with a unit cylinder. The bottom of the flexible plate is combined with the upper end of each cylinder rod.
