PURPOSE: A cultivation method of marine products using the cactus is provided to enhance the content of inorganic materials, to improve taste and meat quality, and to eliminate the intrinsic bad smell of marine products. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of marine products using the cactus includes: a first step of preparing the cactus by washing it with eatable water; a second step that the washed Cactus is pulverized in the size of 1mm to 5mm after the moisture-elimination process; a 3rd step of mixing the pulverized cactus and muscovado sugar at the weight ratio of 10:1 to 10:4; a 4th step of fermenting the mixture prepared in the 3rd step for 3 to 7 days; a 5th step of drying the fermented mixture of 4th step with less than moisture 10 % in a drying room; a 6th step of shattering the dried Cactus in the size of 10 to 80 micrometers; a 7th step of mixing the pulverized cactus powder and the fodder for the fish farming at the weight ratio of 1:10 to 1:100; a 8th step of cultivating marine product by feeding them with the mixed fodder; and a 9th step of packing and commercializing the produced marine products. |
