PURPOSE: A Synchronous rectifying apparatus and a Synchronous rectifying method thereof are provided to rectify a first current by controlling the turn off point of a first transistor differently according to a first current. CONSTITUTION: A synchronous rectifying apparatus comprises coils(51, 52, 53), a first body diode(333), and a first transistor. One end of the first body diode is connected to the coil. The current is applied to the first body diode at a first point when the current applied to the coil is generated. The first transistor is parallelly connected to the first body diode. The first transistor is turned on in a state when the first body diode is conducted. The turn off point of the first transistor is controlled differently according to the current.
