PURPOSE: A transformed cell line expressing luciferase gene and green fluorescence protein(GFP) is provided to quickly and accurately detect leukemia. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant expression vector contains a luciferase gene and green fluorescence protein gene. A method for preparing transformed cell line comprises: a step of preparing a recombinant expression vector containing the luciferase gene and green fluorescence protein gene; and a step of transforming a cell line with the recombinant expression vector. The cell line is K562.
