ROTATABLE PIPE CONNECTOR

PURPOSE: A rotary pipe coupler, which measures the flow rate or flow velocity about entire cross section of a pipeline by rotating a measuring member at a free angle, is provided to measure the flow velocity if the inside of pipeline by changing the measuring position of sensors. CONSTITUTION: A rotary pipe coupler comprises fixed pipes(1), rotating pipes(2), and a guide bracket(3). The fixed pipes are fixed to the end part of the pipe with a fastening flange(11). The guide flange(12) is installed at the end of the fixed pipe which faces to the pipe equipped with a pipe element. The rotating pipes are fixed to the end part of the pipe element the fastening flange. A rotary flange of the rotating pipe is installed in the end part of the guide flange. The guide bracket supports the rotary flange to rotate, when the guide flange is connected with the rotary flange.
