<p>PURPOSE: A coating apparatus which runs in curve is provided to evenly apply a coating on a surface or a side face of a product by running two guns in curves to different directions from the upper parts to a horizontal direction of the product. CONSTITUTION: A coating apparatus which runs in curve comprises: a main body(3) which is empty inside; a pair of supporters(4); a pair of guide rods(5) arranged in parallel in the center of the main body; a pair of movable power transmission blocks(6) connected to the guide rods; a pair of servo motors; a pair of electronic pulleys connected to the pulleys in the servo motors; a pair of driving pulleys integrally combined to the electronic pulleys; a pair of idle pulleys interconnected to the driving pulleys through a timing belt; a pair of timing belts(11b) directly transfers a driving force to the movable power transmission blocks; a pair of guide rails(12) guiding a gun moving block(13) connected with a block connection rod(6a); a pair of gun moving blocks operating a curve motion with a gun combination bar(132); and a pair of guns spraying the coating through a nozzle to a product(2).</p> |
