<p>A food waste annihilating apparatus comprising an intermediate door is provided to reduce management cost and to block bad smell being gone to outside. A food waste annihilating apparatus includes a main body(10), an intermediate door(20) and a stirring part. The stirring part includes a stirring axis(30) operated by a motor(40) in the main body. The intermediate door is closed by an intermediate door assembly(100) converting torque into ascending motion with a driving cam(150). The intermediate door assembly includes a composite fixing lever(160) having a door lever(120) and a fixing unit(P). The driving cam includes a guide controlling part(152).
