The element (1) has a housing (18) for interlocking an inner wall (3) of a prefabricated block (2), where the housing is opened on a lower face and an upper surface (11) of the element. Openings are formed from the lower face and an outer face (15) of the element for opening into the housing so as to define an assembling wall (22) with the prefabricated block. The assembling wall and a thermal insulation inner wall (21) are connected by a connection zone extending between an end of the housing and a lateral face of the element.
