PURPOSE: A lighting device and a driving method thereof are provided to easily display a desired illumination color by independently controlling the lighting of a red, a green, and a blue organic electro luminescence device. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting part(100) comprises a plurality of scanning lines, data lines, and light emitting regions. The light emitting regions comprises a first light emitting region(1) and a second light emitting region(2). The first light emitting region comprises at least two 1st organic electro luminescence devices. The second light emitting region comprises at least two 2nd organic electro luminescence devices. A driving part drives the first light emitting region and the second light emitting region in a single frame, respectively.
