The method involve identifying a first input among a set of inputs (301-305) corresponding to a coded data in a decoding dictionary (300), and identifying a second input among another set of inputs (311-315) in a coding dictionary (310) to obtain a coding value (140) for transcoding the coded data. The second input is directly determined from the first input based on the identification relating to the first and second inputs. A link (350) not realized between the first input and a third input is identified if the first input is generic than the third input.
