PURPOSE: A transformable display stand is provided to enable a user to vary the structure in a stepped shape or standing shape even though the products are displayed on the stand. CONSTITUTION: A transformable display stand includes: a display section(1) in which a user can pile up and display products and which is supported to be rotatable; an elevating member(2) which is connected to the uppermost region of the display stand and then moves up and down according to the user's manipulation; an elevator controller(4) which is used to stabilize the elevating member; and a fixing unit(33) which is installed in a base frame and then stably supports the transformable display stand by hanging on a jaw of a second transformable member when the display section is raised along the movement of the elevator.
