<p>The method involves carrying out boring operation, at emplacement of a fatty edge (7), on a support surface (5). Flow drilling of the material of a part (2) is carried out for suppressing a side of a rear face opposite to support surface and forming the fatty edge around an opening (10), where the part is made of a light alloy, plastic material, and honeycomb or composite material. An inlet radius (9) of the opening is shaped during or after the flow drilling of the material. An independent claim is also included for a ceramic flow drill tool made of a material e.g. zirconium oxide and yttrium oxide nuance ceramic, and comprising a nose cone.</p> |
