<p>PURPOSE: A microfluid chip and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to minimize and prevent damage of cells or bio molecules by heat. CONSTITUTION: A microfluid chip comprises first and second substrates which face each other. The first and second substrates are bound by bond of a first silane compound having a first functional group and a second silane compound having a second functional group. The first fuctional group is amine group, and second functional group is epoxy group. The first or second substrate contains poly(dimethyl siloxane). One substrate of the first and second substrates contains poly(dimethylsiloxane), the other substrate contains polyethylene terephthalate. A method for manufacturing the microfluid chip comprises: a step of preparing the first and second substrates; a step of fixing the first and second silane compounds on one side of the first and second substrate; and a step of fusing the one side of the first and second substrates.</p> |
