PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain favorable image quality when liquid curable by irradiation with an electromagnetic wave is used. SOLUTION: This liquid delivering apparatus includes a carriage for moving a nozzle delivering liquid cured by irradiation with the electromagnetic wave in the moving direction, a first irradiating part which is provided on the carriage and irradiates dots formed by striking the liquid delivered from the moving nozzle on a medium with the electromagnetic wave, and a second irradiating part which is provided on a carriage and irradiates the dots irradiated with the electromagnetic wave from the first irradiating part with the electromagnetic wave, and whose dose of irradiation with the electromagnetic wave is different from the first irradiating part.
