<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data backup system that reduces time and effort to back up data stored in external apparatus and reduces data backup time. <P>SOLUTION: In the data backup system 1, a plurality of external apparatus 11-13 and a computer 30 communicate with each other, and the computer collects data stored in the plurality of external apparatus and stores the data in a storage part 33B of the computer.
