<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a laser emission unit which carries out exact feedback control by completely shutting off reflected laser light from a workpiece in feedback control. <P>SOLUTION: The laser emission unit A condenses laser light 4 incident along an optical axis CL from a laser generating device 6 at the welding point P2 of the workpiece W through an optical system 5. At least one of a light incident surface 50a and a light-emitting surface 50b is formed so as to be tilted to the optical axis CL.
