PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an image forming apparatus by which a full page printing can be applied to a whole page highly precisely without deteriorating the quality of an image; an image forming method; an image forming program; and a recording medium. SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus is provided with: a drawing position-determining means for determining a drawing position to printing paper based on printing region data and size obtained from printing region information and paper information for the image data to be printed; a divided image data-storing means for detecting the density of the image data for an end section region and dividing into a multiple times of printing operations when carrying out the whole page printing, and then storing and saving the image data to be drawn for every divided printing operation; a full page-printing means that repeatedly carries out printing of the end section region based on the image data for every printing operation that is stored to the divided image data-storing means.
