PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cock for beverage spouting with a new constitution which achieves to easily perform a cleaning operation. SOLUTION: The cock 1 for beverage spouting provided in a beverage feeding apparatus 10 has a cock fixing portion 2 fixed on the beverage feeding apparatus 10, and a valve assembly 3 internally mounted with a valve shaft 4 for performing forwarding and retreating operation. The arrangement of the valve assembly 3 to the cock fixing portion 2 can be set at two positions, which are a position at an ordinary time (Fig.5(a)) to be set when a beverage is spouted, and a position at cleaning time (Fig.5(b)) to be set when the inside of a pipe of a beverage feeding piping 11 connected to the cock 1 for beverage spouting is cleaned with a cleaning liquid. At the position at the cleaning time, a cleaning member discharging portion 26 for discharging a cleaning member 9 is formed which is moved into the pipe of the beverage feeding piping 11 with the cleaning liquid.
