PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire capable of forming easily a louver provided in a front side of a light source and a reflecting plate. SOLUTION: The louver 22 for reducing glares of a direct light from the light source 31 and a reflected light from the reflecting plate 32 is formed by rolling one thin sheet-like member 25, without requiring a connection member, although required in case of a concentric shape. since the louver is formed spirally.
