PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate-based resin film which is excellent in dimensional stability and is extremely less in thickness unevenness, and in which scratches causing optical defects hardly exist on its surface. SOLUTION: In the biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate-based resin film, the thickness unevenness is≥0.5% to≤4%, the number of the scratches is≤10 m<SP>2</SP>, and an average HS150 is≥0.40% to <0.70%.
