<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability of a one-axis rotating slide rotation hinge which connects a display part housing and an operation part housing of a cellular phone, etc., by a slide operation and a rotation operation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A slider plate 1 is fixed to the display part housing. A rotation plate 14 is fixed to the operation part housing. An intermediate plate 13 is slidably attached to the slider plate 1, and rotatably attached to the rotation plate 14 by a rotational axis 9. When the housings are opened, the display part housing is made to slide with respect to the operation part housing to extend. During viewing and listening to TV, the display part housing is in-plane rotated up to 90° with respect to the operation part housing in an extending state. The slider plate 1 is provided with a position correction pin 3 coming into contact with a straight-line-shaped side surface 10 of a rotary shaft 9. The slider plate 1 is returned in a closing operation direction by the position correction pin 3.
