<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain deformation of a vehicle body when a vehicle causes a rear-end collision of an offset. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this vehicular rear structure 10, when an impact load of turning to the vehicle body front side is inputted to one side rear wheel of any right or left when the vehicle caused the rear-end collision of the offset, one side trailing arm 24 connected to the rear wheel relatively moves to the front side to a vehicle body 12, and is fitted to a recessed part 38 of a reinforcement 36. Thus, the one side trailing arm 24 is connected to the one side reinforcement 36. This reinforcement 36 is joined to a one side rear side member 14. Thus, when the one side rear side member 14 tries to be deformed to the vehicle body upper side by the impact load in the rear-end collision, the load is transmitted to an intermediate beam 26 via the one side reinforcement 36 and the one side trailing arm 24, and the intermediate beam 26 functions as a torsion beam.
