PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display control device which can keep a frame frequency constant without restricting a driving line at the time of partial display and can easily change over the frame frequency itself. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display control device is provided with a register for setting a frequency dividing ratio of an original clock and the number of clocks of one scanning period and is so constituted that a set value can be input to the register from the outside.
