<p>A device is described for fastening metallic guides and balloon catheters for carrying out medical procedures involving percutaneous vascular surgery, said device comprising a flat base (11, 11', 12, 13) with a proximal end (15) and a distal end (16), wherein respective fastening means (13, 14) are mounted on said tapered proximal end (15) to hold and position a Y connector (40, 40', 40''), and at least one pair of aligned fasteners (17-17', 18-18', 19-19') is mounted on said distal end (16), each pair of fasteners being also aligned with the respective inlets (42, 43, 44) for the main vessel and for the secondary or lateral vessels. Each fastener (17, 17', 17'', 17''', 18, 18', 19, 19') has the shape of a truncated pyramid made of a rigid material, projects from the base (11, 11', 12, 13), and is provided at the top end with an insert (5) made of a flexible material with a longitudinal groove (6) that defines a receptacle for housing and retaining a metallic guide, a balloon catheter or a balloon catheter with a stent.</p> |
